My art practice is about creating moments of empathy in a world that can feel toxic and alienating. I combine hand-building and digital processes to create ceramic objects that engage with themes of technology and disconnection. These works are both a coping mechanism for isolation and an intervention in the contemporary world. I create harmonic and fragile environments that simultaneously convey modern cities and ancient landscapes. I hope that these works provide a space for viewers to pause and reflect on the vulnerability of life.
